How long does delivery take?+
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What are the shipping charges?+
We charge a flat rate of Rs. 200 for standard shipping anywhere in Pakistan. However, we offer completely FREE shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,000!
Do you ship to remote areas?+
Yes, we partner with top logistics companies like TCS, Trax, and Leopards to ensure we can deliver to almost any address across the country safely.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, your accessory must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with seals intact.
What do I do if my item is damaged?+
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0323-3607227. Please note: We highly recommend taking a quick unboxing video when you receive your package, as it is required to quickly process damage claims.
How are refunds processed?+
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are transferred directly to your provided Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa account within 3-5 business days.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You can securely pay the rider in cash when your smartwatches, airbuds, or accessories are delivered to your doorstep.
Can I pay in advance?+
Absolutely. If you are sending a gift or prefer digital payments, we accept advance payments via direct Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.
