Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Note: We highly recommend taking a quick unboxing video when you receive your package. This helps us process claims for defective or damaged items much faster.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, liquid damage, or electrical surges.
  • Used watch straps or opened screen protectors (unless defective out of the box).

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • If approved, exchanges will be dispatched immediately.
  • For refunds, the amount will be transferred to your provided Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa account within 3-5 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charges are non-refundable.
